In 2001 I started to work on a business idea in the sports world with the working title "Second Life". 2001 I also reserved the suitable domain www.second-life.com. The following years I refocused on my main profession and my business idea ended up in the storage. Through a project in 2006 I got deeper in involved into sports. I remembered my idea and started to work on the concept again.
In resent years the fabulous 3D-world Second Life became a hot topic. The downturn for me: The planed name for my company and the corresponding domain became spoiled and useless within weeks. Because the term "Second Life" will be fully and worldwide related with the online world. As a result, I had to find a new corporate title and domain.
As a man of the internet since 1995 it took not long to fan my fire for the Second Life world. In the beginning of 2007 I decided to revitalize the domain and let the Second Life community benefit from it. Friends and former colleagues support me with their knowledge and spare time to build this infoplatform, where all revenues are reinvested.
